Please Note: If check-out is after 10:00a.m., this will count as an additional day.
For families with 3 or 4 large dogs, we offer our spacious Presidential Suite, which combines two large rooms to ensure maximum comfort. Pricing for the Presidential Suite can be customised based on the number of dogs and the length of stay. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Booking with us is simple and convenient. Click the button below to access our online booking system. From there, you can:

Step 2
To ensure we provide personalised care for your dog, you’ll be asked to fill in some important details, including:
- Dog’s details: Name, age, breed, gender, and any special care requirements.
- Health and Vaccinations: Upload proof of required vaccinations. (This can be provided before your check-in date and is not required at the time of booking if you don’t have them to hand, but it will be required at check-in at the latest.) - Behavioral information: Let us know if your dog prefers solo playtime or if they’re happy to socialize with others.
- Additional requests: Add extra services like grooming, additional play sessions, or treats
💡 Helpful Tip: Be as detailed as possible so we can tailor your dog’s stay to meet their needs.
Step 3
Before finalising, you’ll have the chance to review all your booking details, including:
- Dates of stay
- Room type (Standard, Presidential Suite, etc.)
- Extra add-ons (additional walks, playtime, grooming)
- Need to make a change? No problem! You can go back and update your details before confirming.
Step 4
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an automatic email within 24 hours. The email will include:
- Payment link: Use this link to complete your payment and secure your dog’s stay.
- Booking summary: All the key details of your booking will be listed.
- Next steps: A checklist of what you’ll need to bring for check-in (e.g., proof of vaccinations, food, personal items).
- 💡 Note: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Please complete your payment as soon as possible to secure your dog’s spot.
