From reservations to health and safety, we answer some of our clients’ most commonly asked questions.

How can I book a stay for my dog?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our Booking Page, select your preferred dates and services, fill in your dog’s details, and make a secure payment. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the booking information.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak times (like holidays), to ensure availability for your dog.
Is there a deposit required to reserve a spot?
Currently, we require full payment to secure your booking. If payment is not made, your dates may become available for others to book. If you need to cancel your stay, you have up to 30 days prior to your booking date to receive a full refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

Alfie was so well looked after in this beautiful dog hotel. A beautiful homely environment with soft furnishings, comfortable flooring and a television for his viewing pleasure. He adored the garden and played with all the amazing toys available to him.

He got a lovely long walk and lots of attention and interaction with the owners. I was able to check in on him via the doggy cam which was a huge comfort to me.
